About Me

My photo
FoodAllergyMom
Hi, I am the proud mom of 3 perfect girls with food allergies. Our combined allergies are: peanuts and tree nuts(ana), wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, beef, lamb, garlic, mustard, cantaloupe, and bananas. One of my daughters is also a vegetarian. I live in an area where there are no support groups for people with food allergies and I know there are many of you out there in the same situation. I am hoping this will be my forum to share some stories, share some recipes, and undoubtedly…at some point…do some venting. Thank you for joining me!
